Locations are presented in the order
they first appeared in the episodes, with all subsequent revisits to
that place grouped together for the sake of tidiness. Timings given are based on the Blu-ray editions and all episode images are sourced from these discs. Please note that Blu-ray grabs have been
regraded to highlight details of the filming locations
and are not representative of the actual look of the Blu-rays, which
are graded appropriately.

Since Filming:
The Elstree backlot area is much changed since the
1960s, not least due to the construction of a Tesco's superstore
on 12 acres of former Elstree Studios land and there remains
little that is recognisable.
These sequences were filmed on a backlot area that remains a
part of the studio complex, situated near the George Lucas
Stage, used for filming the famous Star Wars films. |

Spotter's Note: As this shot proves, in this instance
fiction and reality merge as both Whitty's house and the actual
house share the name 'Aragon'. Usual practice would have been to
cover over the real name with a fictional one.
