Notes

  • Repackaged version of the 2005 edition with identical content and redesigned artwork. Whereas the original was contained in two Scanavo plastic cases with 22mm spines and a card slipcover, this reissue came in just one of these plastic cases, holding all the 8 discs, and the outer card box was omitted.

  • This edition appears to have been copyrighted 2008 despite being issued in September 2007, a date which has been confirmed via multiple sources.
