• Confusingly, a mock-up packshot of an early design by Network's Martin Cater is often seen on retailer websites and auction site listings. This design was changed prior to release and never adorned a Man in a Suitcase DVD set. We present it here for the sake of completeness and also because we like that McGill is indeed in a suitcase!
